Educator Sallie Crotty, a fifth-generation Dallasite, is also a passionate writer.  She earned her B.A. from Sewanee and Ed.M. from Harvard. Sallie loves traveling, long walks with friends, attending art events, reading, and choreographing dances to her favorite music. She and her husband, Mark, are parents to Kate and Stephen.

Stacey Megally is a writer, runner, and incurable bookworm. By day, she writes advertising. By night, she writes about everything else, including her life as a recovering violinist and YA fiction evangelist. When she isn’t knee-deep in words or marathon training, she’s hanging out with her smart, funny husband and their two extremely opinionated dogs.

Back in the olden days, Shelley Miller was a singer/actress in the musical theater. When motherhood beckoned, she put down her microphone and picked up pen and paper. Four kids later, Shelley has stories to share and songs to sing. She holds a BFA in Musical Theater from the Cincinnati Conservatory.

Monica Berry was born in upstate New York and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She attended Midwestern Big Ten schools for college and law school, but ended up in Texas. She’s an in-house lawyer who writes in her free time, believes in fairy-tale endings, and eats dessert before dinner whenever possible.

Taking the Moody Performance Hall stage on February 14 at 8 p.m., our seven storytellers will be delivering something genuine, sweet, and real. From fighting loneliness to fleeing abuse—from overcoming illness to welcoming unconditional love—from dissolving friendships to joining in conjugal bliss, #StickTogether will span the spectrum.
